Test Manager

We are looking for a Test Manager to join our client's team and lead the end-to-end testing activities for a major Communication Modernisation initiative. Responsibilities:

• Design the testing and release strategy for Communication Modernization projects, applying a Risk-Based Approach and following the Target Operating Model, ensuring compliance with SDLC processes.
• Manage planning, dependencies, budget estimations, and progress follow-up for testing activities, including overseeing test environment management.
• Lead and supervise the timely execution of testing activities, coordinating across various Squads and managing dependencies.
• Address test impediments in coordination with Squads, Scrum Masters, EDO's, and other key stakeholders.
• Engage with partners at all organizational levels to foster alignment and collaboration, driving meetings, producing test progress reports, and contributing to the Test Summary Report and Go/NoGo recommendations.
• Provide coaching and support to testers involved in the initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of test practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in driving testing activities for complex initiatives.
• Background in the Financial/Banking sector, with familiarity in Agile methodologies - nice to have.
• Experience with communication technologies and related assets is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with TFS & ServiceNow tools - nice to have.
• Knowledge of communication protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and adaptable to changing priorities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
