We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our client’s team and take ownership of a testing project while leading a small QA team.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our client’s team and take ownership of a testing project while leading a small QA team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small QA team (1–2 testers) and manage the testing process
- Create and maintain test strategy, test plans, documentation, and status reports
- Design and automate test scripts using Selenium and Java
- Execute functional, regression, and data validation tests
- Support business users during UAT
- Collaborate with developers and participate in daily project meetings
- Work in both Agile and Waterfall environments, with exposure to DevOps practices
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Test Lead
- Strong knowledge of Selenium and Java
- Experience in defining and driving test strategy
- Understanding of data lifecycle testing (ETL, transformation, etc.)
- Experience in banking or wealth management projects is a plus
